But getting a little better every hour I'm walking on it. Polo at 9pm, top of the parking garage. After which I am taking a rolling pin to the outside of the left leg, up and down, trying to stretch the IT Band.

Semi-gravel metric

Just finished a delicious pumpkin beer with Jake La Cruz after completing my second gravel metric, his first. The metric being 100 kilometer. Mostly on or around the great western trail with ARi, as always, in the lead followed bu Eric, Alex, Jake and Myself. 100 kilometers on a fixed gear. First time using drops with dummy breaks as well. Feeling fine but my AT band on the outside of my left knee is giving me fits and will be stiff as a board in the morning.

So, Not that anyone reads this but I have been not updating for a bit.
Nothing going on, working as a mechanic at a bike shop.
Hopefully will be enrolled in the United Bicycle Institute this winter for a few classes.
Can't find my cell phone..
Place is a little messy....

First Big Thunderstorm of Spring

The Spring Storm

The sky has given over
its bitterness.
Out of the dark change
all day long

And last but not least yet another thick thick book for Political Science, some Moleskine Squared Cahier Notebooks, and a thick, wide Copic Marker for messing around with, Got an empty one too but the "On The Run" .460 bronze ink is too much for the ink to flow so need to soak it in alcohol and hopefully be able to reuse it...
